Colors and Measurements
How We Measure:
When an item description states 27" tall, we are referring to the overall product height from top to bottom. We measure individual flower heads 3 different ways; height, width, and/or diameter. The height is the flower measurement from the top of the flower to where the bottom of the bloom meets the stem, the width is the measurement of a flower head from left to right, and the diameter is the total distance across the widest part of the flower head.

Care of Silk Flowers:
Occasionally, when you order and receive silk flowers, you may find they can be slightly wrinkled or perhaps a little flat. This can also happen after being in storage or after general wear and tear. Not to worry, this is an easy fix!
First, you will want to remove the flowers from their packaging and arrange them upright in a container. Usually, just having them loose from the container will allow the flowers to regain their original shape.
If the flowers are wrinkled or flat and storing them upright does not take care of the problem, you can try using a little heat or steam. This can be accomplished with a household hair dryer or by steaming the flowers.
If you find some of your flowers are a bit dirty or have gotten dusty, there are 2 easy solutions to clean them. For a light cleaning, you can simply use baby wipes to wipe down and freshen the flowers. For a more thorough wash, fill your sink or a container with warm water. Add a drop or 2 of dish washer detergent and gently wash your silk flowers. Set them in a upright position to dry.
CAUTION: When using water to clean your silk flowers, please do a test first on a small portion (or petal) of the flower. Occasionally, the dye in silk flowers, especially saturated colors such as reds and purples, can bleed or run when exposed to water.
