we hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are
unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a full
refund of the purchase price as long as the following requirements are
met:
- Upon receipt please examine all packages to verify that you have received
all items in good condition. If there should be any problems or missing items please notify
us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- All Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable
- merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
- product must be returned in original condition with tags on merchandise
- a copy of your receipt or the following information is included with the
merchandise: Name, Address, Daytime Phone Number, Invoice Number, and Reason
for Return. No authorization number is required from us to return items.
All refunds will be
issued to the credit card used at the time of original purchase. Please
allow 2-3 days from the day we receive the product for the refund to be
issued.
If an exchange is needed quickly, we recommend placing a new order online
as soon as possible with a note that you are in need of an exchange (also
feel free to call us at 1-888-299-4100). If the exchange is not urgent
simply include in the return the items and quantities you are exchanging.
