Here's a simple twist to the black and white wedding theme with a black feather chairback design.
We took white tulle and tied it around the top of the chair and knotted it.
We then took 2 black feather picks and trimmed about 2 inches of wire from the bottom.
Wrap the wire around the knot and secure it with some paddle wire. The feathers should be sticking straight up, or you can twist them into other shapes.
