However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we would be happy to provide a refund. We do not charge a re-stocking fee if the items are returned within 30 days. Please note the following:
- If item arrives damaged, please contact us before returning so we can help.
- Any item marked Closeout or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- All items must be in original condition with tags.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded
- Afloral.com is not responsible for return shipping charges
- Returns may be made via any shipping service (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
- A copy of the packing slip must be included with the return
