Gather your materials. For the base you will need an embroidery hoop and stain. This wreath features artificial eucalyptus, hops and silk flower buds. You will also need wire cutters, hot glue and gun, and ribbon.
Step 1: Remove the inner layer of the embroidery hoop and apply a rough stain. Follow directions and allotted drying time on your stain's label.
Step 2: Lay out your stems and cut down to size. Then start to attach by applying a thin bead line of hot glue along the edge of the hoop. Hot glue will dry quickly so only work section by section. Be careful not to burn your fingers while applying pressure to the stem while glue dries.
Step 3-5: Now repeat Step 2 with each stem, carefully layering each as pictured.
Step 6: Cut ribbon to about 6 feet long and tie a knot in the center of your wreath covering where your stems meet.
Step 7: Finish out by tying a large floppy bow that will hang low.
You now have a beautiful wreath to hang in your home for the holidays, or all year long!
