Use artificial wedding flowers to make your own boutonnieres. DIY corsages and boutonnieres are an easy way to save money on your wedding flowers and create a lasting keepsake.
Materials:
Fake Flowers
Filler Flowers & Berries
Artificial Greenery
Floral Tape
Wire Cutters
Ribbon
Step 1: Cut all flower stems using wire cutters. Leave approximately 2" of stem under the flower head.
Step 2: Bundle together one flower head, one filler flower or berry (like heather, baby's breath, or lavender - optional), and one piece of greenery. Mix and match the colors and textures from your bouquets for the perfect boutonniere.
Step 3: Wrap the stems together using floral tape to secure.
Step 4: Finish your bout with ribbon. Use ribbon to cover the floral tape, and add a decorative flourish with a cute knot, trimming extra ribbon at an angle.
