United StatesAlthough this is a beautiful, the picture made it seem like it comes with two metal frames (I only received one). I will be ordering a second, but I was also discouraged as no hardware was provided for installation. The photo also makes it appear that this comes with a rope. Did mine just not come or is this something I need to purchase seperately?
