Beautiful but fragile

These preserved hydrangeas are beautiful. They arrive flat and you have to carefully fluff them and it takes time and patience but once you do that they look beautiful in a vase.

Disappointing

I purchased two of those, and they arrived completely flat, I cannot fluff them as they are super fragile and the petals shed. I'm so disappointed, they sort of look ridiculous, like they were preserved inside a book.
