Nice but fragile

Shipping is always quick! I purchased 2 Artificial Cedar Winter Garlands and they are falling apart and both are missing acorns. On the spots where the acorns are missing, brown stains appear as if its dirty. This is not what I expected from Afloral as I have shopped here multiple times. Very disappointed in the merchandise I received. Would not recommend
