Afloral.com strives for 100% customer satisfaction on every order and we hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we would be happy to provide a full product refund.  

Exchanges - We recommend for fastest service to first place the new order online, then return the unwanted items to be refunded.

Please note the following:

  • If item arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help. Damaged items should not be returned.
  • Any item marked Closeout or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All other merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
  • All items must be in original condition with tags.  Refunds will not be given for damaged or used items.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded
  • Afloral.com is not responsible for return shipping charges
  • Returns may be made via any shipping service (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) We recommend using a trackable service so you know when we receive your return
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return and a receipt will be emailed at that time
  • A copy of the packing slip must be included with the return
  • If the packing slip is not included, please include the following information:

    Email Address
    Items Returned and Reason
