DELIVERY + ORDER STATUS
Where's my order? Please allow 1–3 business days for Ground orders to process before shipping. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking email (check your email Promotions/Spam just in case). Transit times vary by destination—see our shipping page for carrier estimates in business days.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- To start your return, click here and follow the prompts for a return label.
- Please allow 7–14 days after the return is delivered for your refund to be processed.
- Clearance items marked "Final Sale" (prices ending in $.x5) are not eligible for return
Can I change or cancel my order?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Damaged items?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, contact us here within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll refund or reship (if stock is available).
Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box/packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
Shipping costs explained
Why is Afloral shipping so expensive? We have had to update our shipping costs to reflect recent UPS rate changes and additional carrier surcharges that apply to select statement pieces—like large stoneware vases and oversized stems—that exceed standard size/weight limits.
Your total shipping cost can be calculated at checkout, based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ARTIFICIAL, FAUX AND FAKE?
There isn’t one—they’re simply different words for the same thing.
Helpful related terms
Real Touch: A soft, realistic finish/texture on some faux stems that mimics the feel of fresh petals or foliage.
Natural Touch: Another name for soft-touch faux. Typically features pliable, slightly matte petals/leaves designed to look and feel closer to fresh. (Manufacturers use “Real Touch” and “Natural Touch” somewhat interchangeably.)
UV-protected: Treated to help slow fading outdoors. Not fade-proof—best longevity in covered or partially shaded areas.
Dried / Preserved: Real botanicals that have been naturally dried or treated to stay supple (not faux). Indoor use recommended.
ARE THE FLORALS AND GREENERY SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE?
Products marked “indoor/outdoor” or “UV-protected” are suitable for exterior styling, but because sun and weather vary, we can’t guarantee color longevity.
As a general guide, UV-protected pieces hold color about 3–5 years in covered, moderate sun and about 1–2 years in high-UV climates (non-UV items may fade sooner).
For best results, place arrangements in covered or partially shaded spots, consider a light coat of UV-protectant spray, and bring them in during severe weather.
How do I choose the right size vase?
A general rule of thumb is that the vase should be 1/3 to 1/2 the size of your stems. For example, a 40" stem will look best in a 12" to 20" vase. These are just suggestions; have fun with your floral designs!

What is the waitlist time?
Most items with “Back in Stock” alerts are expected to return within 3–4 months. Everyone on the waitlist will receive an email as soon as the product is available.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada via Landmark Global. Transit times and any duties/taxes vary by destination and customs; you’ll see available options and costs at checkout, and we’ll email tracking when your order ships. We do not ship to other countries at this time.
Outside the contiguous U.S. (Alaska & Hawaii): please allow 15–30 business days
Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands: up to 45 business days
Can I get a price adjustment?
Yes! We’re happy to honor sale pricing within 7 days of your original purchase date on full-price, in-stock items. To qualify, the product must be identical and no other offers or discounts can be applied.
