Do you send out free samples?
To keep our prices so low, we cannot send out free samples. However, if you order samples, and they don’t work out, you are more than welcome to return them according to our return policy. Your packing slip also will have a coupon that you can use towards your larger order.
Do you ship internationally (Canada, U.K., Australia, Etc.)?
We ship directly to Australia, Canada, and UK via Landmark Global. Taxes and Duties are estimated in the cart and no fees or taxes will be due upon delivery.
What currency are the prices listed in, and how do I know what I'll be charged in my currency?
The prices on Afloral.com are listed in USD, and that's the amount we will charge your credit card. Your credit card company will convert this charge for you into your local currency. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Visit our Shipping page for details.
How will I know my order has shipped?
After you submit your order you will receive an order number as well as an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped you will receive an additional email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for detailed tracking information to become available.

Can I return or exchange items that I don't want?
We do not offer exchanges. For faster service, we recommend to first place the new order online, then return the unwanted items to be refunded.
Most items can be returned within 30 days for a full product refund. Items must be in their original condition. Items that cannot be returned are marked “FINAL SALE” and include closeout items and items shipped directly from the manufacturer. For more information please see our Return Policy.

You sure can! The beauty of silk flowers is that they never wilt and won't die. Store them upright in a vase away from direct sunlight, moisture, and keep them away from little paws and hands. They will look just as perfect a year from now.

Do you charge sales tax in my state?
We only collect sales tax for orders shipping to New York, Ohio, and Florida. If you are placing an order in these states and are a tax exempt florist or event specialist, please fill out our Wholesale Application.

What is the quality of your silk flowers?
We are quite proud of our products here at Afloral.com. We carry a wide variety of quality flowers ranging from inexpensive Value flowers that are excellent for crafting projects or for large quantities, to the more elegant Real Touch flowers that look and feel so real that your friends will never know. What are your flowers made of?
Silk flowers are actually a polyester silk blend that helps them to hold their form and fray less than 100% silk flowers. We also carry latex (rubber) flowers, foam flowers, flowers made from hard plastic, as well as real touch or natural touch flowers that are made from a foam and latex blend and are made to look and feel more realistic than traditional silk flowers. If the description does not state the material, it will be made from poly-silk.
Are your flowers submersible?
Any item should be tested first to be sure that the flower does not bleed or fray in the water. Also, you can spray silk flowers with a sealant to make any stem water-resistant.
Can I take the bouquets apart or add to them?
Many of our customers like to add stems or decorative accents to our bouquets. You can also take them apart to create your own matching boutonnieres, corsages, or centerpieces or even add 2 bouquets together!
Can you create a custom bouquet or arrangement for me?
All of our bouquets and other items arrive pre-made from our manufacturer and we do not customize them. If you would like to add items to the pre-made bouquets to personalize and customize them, we do offer How-To DIYs, as well as How-To Videos to help you get started.
What size is the flower?
Many of our items have a more detailed description that includes more dimensions or materials. Simply click on the picture for more information.
What if I can't find the right color in a flower style that I love?
Many of our flowers can be painted to match the color that you need. We offer several colors of silk flower paints that can be used on almost any surface.
Do you carry just the flower heads?
All of our flowers will be on a stem unless otherwise noted in the description. We cannot remove them from the stem before shipping, but you may cut them from the stem using wire cutters.

How do you get your measurements?
When we state an item is 27" tall, we are referring to the overall product height from the very bottom to the tip top. We measure flower heads according to diameter, and sometimes add height and width for verification. Please see the chart below.
What do the color names mean?
Brick - Dark red orange with a hint of brown
Bridal White - White or cream with soft pink highlights
Cerise/Beauty - Red based vivid pink. Similar to magenta
Eggplant - Deep, dark purple
Flame - Orange with yellow to red under tones
Fuchsia - Bright pink with purple under tones
Mustard - Medium yellow with slight brown under tone
Orchid - Purple with pink undertones
Plum - Dark antique purple...may have slight red undertones
Red-based Fuchsia - Red based vivid pink similar to magenta
Rose - Light pink
Rubrum - Hot pink
Rust - Red, brown, and orange mix
Terra Cotta - Orange with light brown under tones
Turquoise - Blue with a slight green undertone

What if my flowers arrive wrinkled or flattened?
Because of they way they are packed from the manufacturer, and because of the shipping process, sometimes flowers may arrive wrinkled or flattened. Not to worry...this is an easy fix!
First remove the flowers from the box and store them in an upright container. This will help them to regain their original shape.
If storing them upright doesn't help, you can try using a little heat or steam. You can use a hair dryer or steamer to help release the wrinkles. Make sure the hair dryer isn't on the high heat setting.
What do I do if my flowers get dirty?
There are 2 easy solutions to clean your flowers. For a light cleaning, you can simply use baby wipes to wipe down and freshen the flowers. We carry silk flower cleaner as well, which is another option.
Be sure to do a test cleaning spot first! You want to make sure that the water or baby wipe will not cause the dye from the flowers to run. Darker colors such as reds and purples have a tendency to bleed if soaked.What do I do if the flower head pops off?
Some flower heads, especially the larger ones, may become separated from the stem. This is normal in the silk flower world, and you can use hot glue to reattach them.
