You shipped my first order, that was large, and it was half-hazardly packed. The boxed items were fine, but some one literally tossed in the mercury glass votives into the box. It was a miracle only one was shattered. This order replaced the one that was broken. I had phoned to inform you that the packing was done so carelessly and you kindly shipped this replacement. The joke was that your shipping person put ONE little votive into a HUGE box. It was clear that it was done in sarcasm (they must of gotten in trouble) because the box was big enough to hold 10 cases of candles. I almost took a picture of it. So, your employee (s) are wasting your money! For this reason, I cannot trust orders will arrive professionally packed and you are unreliable to order future candle vessels from.
